Shorts are nice; I run, cycle, and play basketball in them. Overall, they are lightwieght and keep all your junk in place; the inner liner is pretty breathable (more than the Luka). Only 3 negatives of this short: 1. Color options (wish there wer emore color options for both liner and shell) 2. When doing activity and the upper leg muscles expand, the shorts feel very tight, due to the liner not having much stretch. Sometimes it feels like it limits circulation 3. The drawstrings are inside, which causes the waistband to flip when you tie them up For ref: 5'9'', 185, 13% Body fat, bought a size medium
