Straight Bets
A straight bet is a single wager on one team (side) to win, or a total to go over or under, whose outcome for wagering purposes is determined by a point spread and/or moneyline odds. Straight bets are used in all sports events.
When making a straight bet on any sport, a tie is a push (when score lands on the exact point spread or total) and consequently, there is no action. That is, the money the player risked is refunded.
