1) Customers must be 18 years of age or older in order to place a wager or register for an account.

2) There will be an account number and password issued to each customer and the safety of that information is solely the customer’s responsibility. Legends is not responsible for customers who disclose their account number and/or password to another party.

3) Each customer’s information is confidential and for Legends’ private use only.

4) Legends does not take action from any betting syndicate or any person betting for someone else without Management’s prior approval.

5) Management reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager before it is made.

6) A customer must have money available in his/her account in order to place a wager.

7) The minimum wager is $20 in the call center (placing bets on the phone) and $5 over the Internet.

8) There is a $500 maximum wager limit on propositions, futures, arena football, Canadian football, golf, tennis, NASCAR, soccer, boxing, WNBA, WNCAA.

9) The following maximum wager limits apply:

10) Wagers that override a customer’s account wager limit will not be honored.

11) All bets are final and no changes or cancellations are allowed. No exceptions!

12) It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm and verify the status of the wagers made over the Internet. The customer will receive a confirmation number once his/her bets are accepted over the Internet. If the customer does not receive a confirmation number after placing his/her wagers, he/she must contact the Wagering Department to place his/her wagers and report the problem. There are no claims on bets placed over the Internet.

13) When using the call center (placing bets over the phone), the customer receives a confirmation of the wagers made in the form of a “read-back” where the call center representative on the phone will read all plays in detail. After listening to the read-back, the customer must give his/her account number and password to confirm that his/her wagers are correct if he/she is in agreement of the read-back. Once such confirmation is given, the bets are final and no changes or cancellations will be allowed. If the call is abruptly disconnected or the call is lost before a customer can confirm a read-back with his/her account number and password, all bets will be cancelled. It is the customer’s responsibility to immediately call back to check the status of the bets.

14) Teasers involving the WNBA, arena football, and/or Canadian football are not allowed.

15) Multiple accounts from the same household and/or same IP address are not allowed.

16) Any new account will start out with a probationary wager limit of $500 per game. After 30 days of action, customers can request a wager limit increase.

17) Legends reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obvious (bad) line or any wager placed on an event that has already started.

18) It is the customer’s responsibility to be familiarized with the rules before placing a wager.

19) Customers’ accounts can be credited for up to $1,000 in prizes resulting from contests sponsored by Legends in every six month period. Any customer reaching the $1,000 winning cap limit before a six month period ends will not be eligible to enter another contest or claim another prize until after a six month period has ended since the $1,000 in winnings was paid out. Management’s discretion will apply.

20) Customers may have an account at any Legendz Gaming Corporation brand but the receiving of bonuses in more than one account will be subject to Management’s discretion.

21) All games will be graded the day of the game. In special cases where games are final after midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST), Management’s discretion will apply.

22) All wagers involving futures are paid at the end of that particular sporting season. Future propositions cannot be parlayed.

23) Bets on second half lines include overtime.

24) Bets on fourth quarter lines do not include overtime.

25) Parlays involving any quarters, first half, or half time lines to a side or total of the same game are not allowed.

26) Wagers involving run lines parlayed to the side of the same game are prohibited.

27) Parlays involving money lines are always allowed in baseball. Management’s discretion applies for parlays involving money lines in football and basketball.

28) No money lines are available on games with a point spread higher than eight unless it is a high profile game (for example, Monday Night Football or Sunday Night Football). In all cases where a money line is offered on a game where the favorite is favored by 8 or more points, Management’s discretion applies.

29) It is not allowed to parlay lines involving soccer, tennis, gold, NASCAR, boxing and the hockey Grand Salami.

30) Parlays involving quarters are allowed. Management’s discretion applies.

31) Management’s discretion applies to parlays involving first or second halves, as well as for co-related parlays in full games.

32) Legends reserves the right to restrict service from certain countries. Please check with Customer Service for availability in your area.

33) Legends reserves the right to review and deactivate any account suspected of using software to influence or modify the outcome of a wager, horse race, or casino game for financial gain. Any winnings acquired using such methods will be deducted.
