• A maximum of 20 Z-Parlay and 20 TeaZer cards are allowed per customer.

• Your account will be charged once your Z-Parlay or TeaZer card is accepted.

• Winning cards will be credited to your account the day they are won.

• Card lines do not move.

• Cards are limited to a $100 maximum wager and a $5,000 maximum payout.

• Cards containing winners to a postponed game will reduce to the next lowest parlay.

• In the event that it is a 3-team parlay and it reverts to a 2-team parlay, the 2-team parlay will pay 5/2. This does not apply to tie games.

• Any tie is a loss.

• Winning cards will be credited to your account every Sunday by 10 pm EST.
